If you have managed to stumble upon this site and are considering signing up as I did. Let me start by saying, Leave! Do not waste your time and effort.
A.W. Surveys is free to join and promises you between $1 and $25 for each completed survey. They also offer you $1.25 for everyone you refer and a $6 sign-on bonus.
Now, with the cash-out set at only $75, A.W. Surveys seem like a great deal. But in reality, it is far from it.
The time required to reach this pay-out can be cut very short, if you have 56 friends ready and willing to sign up. If you do, that will put you at $76 almost immediately. But let's be realistic, how many people have that many ready and willing friends on standby to help them out? So unless you are a well liked celebrity, chances are you wont easily convince that many people to join in order for you to reach the minimum payout required. So, about how long will it take for the average person?
Well, lets take a look at how it went for me. I put in the time to join up, maybe five minutes putting me at $6.
I had 6 friends and family members after some convincing, got them to join as well. This gave me an extra $7.5, putting me at a staggering $13.5. I know what your thinking, "This guy is on his way to making millions". Ha ha, just a little humor, as this was not the case at all.
Regardless, I'm thinking this might be a good way to make an extra income. So I log back on the following day and what do I find? Nothing? No sir! I have myself my first survey. I'm thinking, "AWESOME!, Time to make some money". I click on the text ad and begin my first survey at the end of which, I have just earned myself another dollar putting me at $14.5.
I'm happy at this point, so I check back the following day. Nothing, the next day, nothing. I continue checking back daily for about three weeks when finally, another survey. After taking this survey, another dollar. Kind of frustrated at this point as this was the only one in three weeks. So I continue checking back everyday which quickly turned to every other day. After another month, I finally receive my third survey.
I now have found out that I am only receiving one survey per month. With this in mind, I realize that at this rate it is going to take me another 60 months (five years) just to reach the minimum payout, hardly worth it.
At this point, I figure I'll just come back once a month to do my one survey. And in the process started probing deeper into the legacy that is A.W. Surveys. And that legacy was/is one of no payouts and terminated accounts for false accusations.
I found that hundreds, even thousands of users of A.W. Surveys upon reaching the minimum payout and requesting their money never received any of their earnings.
Many also complain that upon approaching the minimum payout, their accounts were terminated for various terms of service violations. This, to my knowledge, never happened to me because after finding hundreds of complaints all over the web, I simply stopped visiting the site.
Many say after finding that their accounts were terminated, tried to contact A.W. Surveys customer service by sending in a support ticket, which yielded no response despite sending numerous tickets.
So please, as with flybizs.com. Do not waste your time with A.W. Surveys. With no valid proof of payments whatsoever anywhere on the web, I would, without hesitation, classify A.W. Surveys as a scam and nothing more than a waste of the users valuable time.
As always, comments are welcome and encouraged.
Online money making
In this blog, I will post not only on ways to make money online. But also on scams. Letting you know which sites are hot and which sites are not. Pointing out the good and bad in online money making opportunities.
If there is an opportunity you would like me to look into, leave me a comment with the web URL and I'll investigate it for you.
As well, if you would like to look more into any of the opportunities I post on. I have provided a search box for your convenience. Please use it for all your personal research needs.
In addition, I have provided a content box just below the blog archive. There you will find other opportunities to make money online as well at other methods. Be sure to have a look at those as well. But be sure to do some research on any "opportunity" before joining. And keep in mind, there are a lot of people out there who are paid to go onto forums, blogs, etc. and try to convince you to spend your hard earned money to join up for a scam.
Just weigh the good against the bad. If 70% or more posted comments and/or blogs speak ill of the site. Chances are it's a scam.
